My 10 Morning Rituals For The Unhealthy Entrepreneur lately are:
1. reluctantly get up
2. visit the bathroom for a variable length of time
3. stagger about the house randomly for a few minutes
4. phone call with girlfriend
5. check my computers to make sure they haven’t crashed overnight
6. drink a one ounce shot of NingXia Red nutrient infusion
7. make and drink strong Lavazza espresso coffee
8. fantasize about fruit salad, bircher muesli and yoghurt then eat wheat biscuits
9. check my emails to see if anything has gone wrong that I need to fix with my business web servers
10. start to wonder how I might be productive today, as I wash up any dishes I didn’t clean from last night
Seems like I have a long way to go from my current 10 Morning Rituals For The Unhealthy Entrepreneur to get to 10 Morning Rituals For The Healthy Entrepreneur.
Heck, today it’s already 1pm and I haven’t even done 7, 9 or 10 yet!
