Funny thing today I came across this post while googling Robert Blackman. I also had near about the exact same thing happen with e with both Robert Blackman and his office manager, Sherri. I was totally new to on-line marketing and had purchased some leads from him with an autoship required monthly in order to receive my commissions. However, from the very first shipment I started having problems that pursued e monthly. As my comissions grew so did the problems that I encountered and spole to several people within my same company that warned e prior that they had unsatisfactory dealings with Robert Blackman as well. After numrous phone calls, the constant " gonna take care of it and never doing so and then having y checking account billed on the weekend, which, btw, banks don't pay out on the weekend, then of course by Monday after Fri, Sat & Sunday being billed at y bank then of course I had to have the excuse for never receiving my comission earnings because of the 3 declines in a row..(all on the same weekend). It became a nightmare for me, I got double charged at my back and never received my product either. I am a disabled woman, 61 yr.s of age who lives alone. I was trying to earn an income on-line to supplement my social security disability income, however, because of the constant deceit and lies it literally put me out of business.. for a while. Now, I no longer purchase leads but I felt I must reply to this post because of the fact. I had to get the bank to give me a conditional refund to my account and then withdraw it after Mr. Blackman found the time to dispute with the bank the lenght of time it took me to file the dispute. Being home bound with a wheelchair does now allow me to go into the bank and I had piles of emails from Robert on my computer that I had no way of downloading and bringing into the bank. The bank finally after me staying on them about my $297.00 that was charged to me and never receiving my leads I purchased honored on their part and went ahead and returned the funds to my account. Just beware...most all of these gurus are networked together..and they seem to stick together to defend each other in shady dealings like this on innocent people.. Made me feel literally victimized but I don't hold bitterness..even after the ugly emails I received from Mr. Blackman. I'm just very cautious about who I associate with. I sure don't want to learn practices that seem good and wind up passing this down to other people and later finding out it was a scam that I got caught up in and passed on to someone else. I'm glad to hear that you have at least received a refund but also glad to see that you took a stand and sad to say if you wouldn't have you probably never would have gotten anything back.

Dear Rodger,

The way this blog is set up to have the most recent postings on front page with a link to comments is quite standard.

There is nothing untoward about hiding comments 'back here', its just the way its done on many blogs. Posts have links to comments. Keeps things tidy.

As for selling leads, there are no postings on this blog that recommend any suppliers of leads.

There might be some Google AdWords advertising displayed that refers to lead sales, as that is contextually relevant to the posting contents.

My question to you Mr Rodger Clark is why are you posting a comment signed with Mr Rod Cook's email address?

Pretending to be someone else with a high profile is very dodgy practice.

Maybe you're also known as Rodger the Dodger?

I have written praising the quality of Mr Blackman's material in this blog. The question of the quality of his material is not in dispute.

What is of great concern is the way he and his business has dealt with my situation.

He has hundreds of dollars of my money and I have no product.

He and his office manager promised to resolve it with shipping product and providing refund and it never happened.

Given that I have sent dozens of emails, faxes and phone calls, and was promised multiple times it would be resolved, I chose to call it out as scamming me, defrauding me of my money.

As I have stated previously, the facts speak for themselves.

Mr Blackman could still fix this with a phone call, a PayPal transfer and a shipment of product, upon completion of which I would remove my complaints and replace them with a post explaining that all has been resolved.

Bradley,

I've got all of Robert's courses.
They are great.
I'd check to see if he shipped it by traceable means. Do you live in the usa?
