Pleased as I was with the cute name for this page that popped into my head, I Googled it, thinking I may have coined a new term. How egotistical of me. Of course it is already in common usage, as referenced in the Urban Dictionary “Pod Fodder”

Another sign to look for with any type of real estate is the environment that you will be in. Communities will usually be linked with specific types of people and demographics.
